TO WHOM THEY ADDRESS
Our courses are aimed at two types of people: private coffee enthusiasts, who want to make a quantum leap in the preparation of this delicious beverage, and professionals in the catering world.
Although the basis is the same, the courses dedicated to professionals are more in-depth and take into account skills that should already be acquired previously. In addition, professionals in the industry have the opportunity to obtain internationally recognized certification, raising their job profile through the Latte Art Grading System (LAGS) certifications.
UNFOLDING
All our courses are run by professional instructors who have obtained the "Barista Skills Professional" diploma from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) or the "Latte Art Grading System Verde" certification.Courses are individual or in groups of 2-6 people, consisting of a theoretical part and practical exercises. All courses are taught in Italian.

LAGS CERTIFICATION COURSES
The courses are dedicated to true professionals who wish to obtain certification by taking specific exams with our instructor Andrea Borrelli. We are currently the only ones in Ticino offering exams and the possibility of obtaining LAGS certification.

BARISTA COURSE
